Refund policy

Fafnir's Hoard

We want our customers to shop with confidence while also maintaining fair policies that protect the integrity of trading card products. Please review the following carefully before making a purchase.


General Policy

All returns and refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at hoardoffafnir@gmail.com.

Approved returns must be authorized before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Sealed Products

Sealed products may be eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Opened or tampered sealed products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Trading Card Singles

All single cards are final sale.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the subjective assessment of condition, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on singles once a purchase is completed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Preorders

Preorders are considered final sale.

Refunds, cancellations, or modifications to preorder orders are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Fafnir’s Hoard, following careful review and scrutiny of each request.

Allocation changes and release date delays are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds.


Events & Tournament Entry Fees

Event and tournament entry fees are non-refundable.

Entry fees may be transferred to another event at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for missed events, no-shows, or schedule changes.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers, though we will assist with reasonable claims when possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website.
