Fafnir's Hoard

We ship orders within Canada only and also offer in-store pickup during regular business hours. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • New set releases

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Holidays or in-store events

Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.


In-Store Pickup

Customers may select in-store pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup is available during regular business hours

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready

  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup

Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled or restocked at our discretion.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

We offer a variety of shipping options, including tracked shipping services where available.


Tracked Shipping (Strongly Recommended)

For higher-value orders, we strongly encourage selecting a tracked shipping option.

Tracked shipping:

  • Provides visibility for both the customer and Fafnir’s Hoard

  • Allows shipping carriers to investigate and resolve delivery issues

  • Helps hold all parties accountable in the event of loss or delay

Orders shipped without tracking may have limited resolution options if issues arise.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Fafnir’s Hoard is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Events outside of our control


Risk of Loss

Responsibility for orders transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

We strongly recommend tracked shipping for valuable orders to reduce risk and improve claim outcomes.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)

  • Provide your order number and clear photos if applicable

While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, we will assist with reasonable claims when possible, particularly for tracked shipments.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.

Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
